The Experience

A ladies semi indoor/outdoor fitness class. Starting with a pilates integrated warm up followed by a circuit style HIIT strength training and ending with an outdoor trail run. All workouts can be modified. This 6 week class also comes with a tried and true nutrition plan designed to trim and build lean muscle.

Karina Simons

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutritionist, CPR/AED Certified. 

As a trainer I have had the opportunity of serving people from all walks of life — athletes and dancers, bakers and engineers,  house mama’s and CFO’s, to elders whose goal is to simply be able to walk without assistance. I have trained and learned from elite collegiate coach and Emerald Cup Coach of the Year, Desean Harrell and world renowned performance coach and sports psychologist, Dr. Rick Jensen, who works with professional athletes around the world. I am grateful for all the incredible and inspiring coaches I have met. 

I am a cherished wife and a lucky mama of three children. I have the privilege to raise, nourish and homeschool them all!  A very humbling experience. I have pondered much during this time and I am excited to share my new vision for KEI FIT with you!

Living clean by consuming natural foods that was created for us from the beginning of time to nourish our incredible bodies! Living confidently in who we are and honoring our bodies by keeping them strong and healthy naturally. Lastly, living together in community, we weren’t created to do it alone!
